The 2026 Property Tax Assessment Roll for the City of Whittier has been completed. Notices of assessed value will be mailed to the record owners of all real property on Tuesday, April 14, 2026. If you own more than one parcel, your assessments may be mailed separately.

Review your property assessment carefully to ensure the values are accurate and that any applicable exemptions have been applied. If you believe there are errors or omissions, you may notify the assessor promptly in writing using the Property Tax Assessment Appeal Form, available at City Hall or by contacting the City Hall at 907-472-2327.
