When you create your account, you’ll create a secure password to access your account at www.xpressbillpay.com.
If you have an internet connection and an email address, you can now pay your bill online.
Each month, we’ll send you a reminder email letting you know when your bill is available to pay. Simply log in at www.xpressbillpay.com or use the Xpress Bill Pay app, view your bill, select a payment method—credit card, debit card, or electronic funds transfer from your bank account—and you’re done.
